How privacy is protected

The spinner receives a cryptographically random, unguessable link. Directory browsing and direct access to stored class-list files are blocked. Search engines are told not to index the page. The stored list expires after six months.

Anyone who receives the private link can view the spinner, so teachers should share it only inside their course.
